Company Profile

We have been in business for over 25 years (for a software company that is forever, yet it feels as we
have just begun). Our product is designing and installing accounting information systems for the business
community to solve their specific requirements and requests. As the business was created and still 
managed by a Certified Public Accountant, we develop systems that meet and exceed generally accepted
accounting practices.

We have developed systems to be used by mainframes to personal computers. We currently develop and
deploy systems utilizing Windows 98. With the help of our existing clientele we have grown from a regional
service bureau with local clients to providing information solutions for over 200 businesses nationwide.
We take great pride knowing that our business has grown, yet we still maintain the quality of service we
provided to our original clients over 25 years ago.

Each time we sell a new system, we look forward to getting to know the company; how it operates, who are
