Day 1 |
Masai Mara |
At 8:30 a.m., depart
Nairobi descending into the Great Rift Valley and drive along the floor of the valley past
Mt. Longonot to Masai Mara Game Reserve. Lunch will be served at the lodge/tented safari
camp. Afternoon game viewing in the park. This park is famous for its majestic Black Mane
Lion, Buffalo, Elephant, Zebra and many other species of wildlife. Dinner and overnight at
the lodge/tented safari. |
Day 2 |
Masai Mara |
A full day with
morning and afternoon game viewing drives of this reserve noted for its numerous species
of plains game. Meals and overnight stay at the lodge or tented safari camp. |
Day 3 |
Lake Nakuru |
Breakfast will be
served at the lodge/tented safari camp. After breakfast drive to Lake Nakuru National
Park. Lunch will be served at the lodge. Afternoon tour of Lake Nakuru National Park, home
of the Pink Flamingo as well as numerous species of wildlife and other species of
birdlife. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge. |
Day 4 |
Aberdare |
After breakfast,
depart for Aberdare National Park. Lunch will be served at the base hotel. Afternoon
transfer to one of the tree hotels, built 40 feet above the ground where one can view wild
animals coming to the salt lick and water hole below. You leave Nakuru in the morning for
Nyeri. Lunch at the Outspan Hotel. Dinner and overnight game viewing at the Treetops or
Ark. |
Day 5 |
Nairobi |
After breakfast,
depart for Nairobi, arriving there in the afternoon. |
