Day 1: |
Nairobi |
On arrival in
Nairobi, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. |
Day 2: |
Masai Mara |
Breakfast is served
at the hotel. Morning departure from Nairobi descending into the Great Rift Valley and
driving towards the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Lunch will be served at the lodge/tented
safari camp. Afternoon game viewing drive. While noted for large prides of lion, the Masai
Mara also contains elephant, rhino, cheetah and numerous species of plains game. Meals and
overnight at the lodge or tented safari |
Day 3: |
Masai Mara |
A full day at Mara
with morning and afternoon game viewing. Meals and overnight at the lodge or tented safari
camp. |
Day 4: |
Lake Nakuru |
After breakfast,
depart for Lake Nakuru bird sanctuary, a shallow soda lake which has the largest
concentration of Flamingo in the world. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon tour of the park.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge. |
Day 5: |
Amboseli |
Breakfast will be
served at the lodge. After breakfast depart for Amboseli Game Reserve. Lunch will be
served at the lodge. Afternoon game viewing drive. Evening return to the lodge. Dinner and
overnight at the lodge. |
Day 6: |
Amboseli |
A full day
at Amboseli Game Reserve with morning and afternoon game viewing drives of this
reserve located at the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain and
home to large herds of elephant. Meals and overnight stay at the lodge. |
Day 7: |
Namanga/Arusha |
Breakfast is served
at the lodge. After breakfast, depart for the border town of Namanga. After immigration
inspection, continue your journey to Arusha. Lunch will be served at the Novotel Mt. Meru
hotel in Arusha. After lunch, continue your journey to Ngorongoro Crater. Dinner and
overnight stay at the lodge. |
Day 8: |
Ngorongoro |
After breakfast, you
will descend 2,000 feet to the crater floor for a full day of game viewing, where you will
be able to see herds of plains animals. A picnic lunch will be provided. Evening return to
the lodge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. |
Day 9: |
The Serengeti |
Breakfast will
be served at the lodge. After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park
with a visit to Olduvai Gorge, the site of Dr. Leakey's discovery of pre-historic
homohabilis. Lunch will be served at the lodge. Afternoon game viewing drive. Dinner and
overnight at the lodge. |
Day 10: |

A full day at
Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon game viewing drives. Meals and
overnight stay at the lodge. |
Day 11: |
Lake Manyara |
Breakfast is
served at the lodge. After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park. Lunch
will be served at the Hotel. Afternoon game viewing drive. Evening return to the lodge.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge. |
Day 12: |
Arusha/Namanga |
Breakfast will be
served at the lodge. After breakfast, depart for Nairobi via Arusha for lunch. After
lunch, depart for Namanga for Immigration checkpoint. After immigration inspection you
will continue your drive back to Nairobi, arriving there in the evening. |
Day 13: |
Nairobi |
Breakfast will be
served at the hotel. Transfer to airport for your departure flight. |
