Day 1 |
Nairobi |
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, you are
met and transferred to your hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel InterContinental. |
Day 2 |
Masai Mara |
Breakfast is served at the hotel. Morning
departure from Nairobi descending into the Great Rift Valley and driving towards Masai
Mara Game Reserve. Lunch will be served at the lodge/tented safari camp. Afternoon game
viewing drive. While noted for large prides of lion, Masai Mara also contains
elephant, rhino, cheetah and numerous species of plains game. Meals and overnight at the
lodge or tented safari camp. |
Day 3 |
Masai Mara |
A full day at Mara with morning and afternoon
game viewing. Meals and overnight at the lodge or tented safari camp. |
Day 4 |
Lake Naivasha |
After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha. Lunch
will be served at the lodge. Afternoon is at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the
lodge. |
Day 5 |
Aberdare |
After breakfast, drive to Aberdare National Park.
Lunch will be served at the base hotel. Afternoon transfer to one of the Tree Hotels for
overnight game viewing. Dinner and overnight stay at one of the Tree Hotels. |
Day 6 |
Samburu Reserve |
After breakfast, depart for the Samburu Game
Reserve. Lunch will be served at the lodge. Afternoon game viewing drive. Here one can see
the rare Grevy Zebra and reticulated giraffe. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. |
Day 7 |
Samburu Reserve |
A full day at Samburu Game Reserve with morning
and afternoon game viewing drives. All of the 'Big Five' are found here as well as some
unusual animals. Meals and overnight at the lodge. |
Day 8 |
Sweetwaters |
After breakfast depart for the Sweetwaters Game
Reserve. Lunch will be served at the tented camp. Afternoon game viewing drive with a
visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge. |
Day 9 |
Nairobi |
Breakfast will be served at the camp and
thereafter depart for Nairobi. Overnight stay at the Hotel Intercontinental. |
Day 10 |
Amboseli |
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. At 0830
hours, you will depart for the Amboseli Game Reserve situated at the foot of Mt.
Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain. Lunch will be served at the lodge followed by an
afternoon game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge. |
Day 11 |
Amboseli |
A full day at the Amboseli Game reserve with
morning and afternoon game viewing drives. Meals and overnight stay at the lodge. |
Day 12 |
Nairobi |
Breakfast will be served at the lodge and
thereafter depart for Nairobi. Afternoon is at leisure. A dayroom will be provided.
Evening transfer to Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your departure flight. |
